LumaSweet KP400 for S5II and S5IIx V-Log
LumaSweet KP400 is a set of LUTs that emulates the colour and contrast of Kodak Portra 400 film, for use on Panasonic S5II and S5IIx V-Log footage.
Kodak Portra 400 is the world’s best loved portrait film. However, it doesn’t have a single look. It depends on how it’s exposed, and it has a very wide exposure latitude. It’s possible to underexpose or overexpose it and still get usable, but very different results.
LumaSweet KP400 accurately emulates how the colour and contrast of Kodak Portra 400 shifts with exposure. There are eleven “exposure” levels, from three stops underexposed to seven stops overexposed. Underexposure gives a muted, moody look. Overexposure gives a pastel, airy look.
A number of variants are included (full film emulation, clean film emulation, flat curve) as well as versions that can be uploaded to the camera.
